GENERAL SANTOS CITY (August 01, 2022) - One couple promised their lifetime partnership at the Conference Room of the City Mayor’s Office, General Santos City. Hon.

Lorilie G. Pacquiao was the couple’s solemnizing officer and was assisted by the Office of the Local Civil Registrar staff. The Office of the Local Civil Registrar spearheaded the event as part of their mandate in civil registration through the Marriage Section of the Birth, Death, and Marriage Division of the Office.
