FIRST WEDDING SOLEMNIZED BY HON. PACQUIAO

GENERAL SANTOS CITY, 12th day of July 2022 — A couple exchanged their vows at the conference room of the City Mayor's Office in General Santos City. The newly proclaimed Mayor, Hon. Lorelie Geronimo Pacquiao, was the couple's solemnizing officer, assisted by staff from the Office of the Local Civil Registrar. It was one for the books for the City Mayor, for it was the first couple she solemnized.

This activity is continuously given to the civil registry applicants as part of the office's mandate. The couple were delighted because they had experienced the most remarkable moment in life; it was when they met the person who made them feel complete.
