BARANGAYAN IN BRGY. SAN JOSE, LCR-GSC DELIVERS

GENERAL SANTOS CITY (May 25, 2022) - The Local Government Unit (LGU) of General Santos City instituted a Barangayan in Barangay San Jose. According to the Sanguniang Panglungsod of GenSan, the BARANGAYAN is the answer of the LGU to bring the leadership of the City of General Santos closer to the heart of their Barangay constituents.

One of  its participating department for the Barangayn Activity is the Office of the Local Civil Registrar. The office would cater inquiries on any issues about civil registry documents, application on late registration of birth, death, and marriage; as well as request on the petitions, court decrees and legal instruments of  civil registry documents.

The goal of Barangayan is to develop a community that bridges the interstice between the people's expectations and their city's current situations, while also fostering progress and development through a better provision of essential services and good governance.
