LCR-GSC HAULS P.R.A.I.S.E AWARDS

GENERAL SANTOS CITY (May 13, 2022) - The Office of the Local Civil Registrar bagged three (3) awards in the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence (PRAISE) Awarding ceremony held via ZOOM Conference.

The office received a Special Achievement Award from the PRAISE Committee for the notable achievements by being awarded by the Philippine Statistics Authority the First Place in the Search for Outstanding Local Civil Registry Office  for the year 2020 and the Circle of Excellence Awards for consistently being in the Top 10 Outstanding LCROs in the Philippines in the past 5 years, which brought honor to the Local Government Unit of General Santos City.

Moreover, the department received a plaque of recognition for being the First Place in the search for the TOP 10 DEPARTMENTS FOR THE YEAR 2021. This award is pursuant to the 2018 Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence of the City Government of General Santos (PRAISE GENSAN) which awards the Top 10 Departments (Natatanging Opisina) Award based on the recommendation of the Performance Management Team.

In the 5S Award, the Local Civil Registrar was awarded as the Second Runner-up in the Linis Opisina 2021, Category E, Large Office with Surrounding.

The LCR Department Head II, Ma’am Nenita Flores-Ellivera was feeling victorious for receiving 3 awards from PRAISE Committee.  She’s also grateful for the grit and effort of the LCR members.
