GENERAL SANTOS CITY (December 16, 2021) – A solo wedding rite was concluded at the Conference Room of the City Mayor’s Office today with City Mayor Hon. Ronnel C. Rivera officiated the simple wedding ceremony. The marriage division representative from the Local Civil Registry Office, this city, assisted the local executive from the preparation to post-wedding activity.
