GENERAL SANTOS CITY (December 14, 2021) – Four couples exchanged their wedding vows today at the Conference Room of the City Mayor’s Office. Hon. Ronnel C. Rivera as the solemnizing officer of the city sealed their vows in a simple wedding ceremony where the Marriage Division of LCR General Santos assisted the local chief executive from preparation of documents to this event.
