GENERAL SANTOS CITY (December 9, 2021) – A simple wedding ceremony was held at the Conference Room of the city today for one couple who desired to be civilly registered with Hon. Ronnel C. Rivera conducted the ceremony with the staff from the Office of the Local Civil Registrar’s who prepared the documents for marriage.
