GENERAL SANTOS CITY (December 1, 2021) – The first wedding in December took place at the Conference Room of the City Mayor’s Office, earlier today, this city. Hon. Ronnel C. Rivera officiated the wedding ceremony while the Local Civil Registrar’s staff assisted the local chief executive in the preparation of civil registry documents related to marriage license and registration.
