GENERAL SANTOS CITY (NOVEMBER 12, 2021) – Four couples join a wedding ceremony at the City Mayor’s Office, this city, this Friday, November 12, 2021 with Hon. Ronnel C. Rivera who officiated this November wedding as the official solemnizing officer. The Local Civil Registrar’s Office spearheads the event as part of their mandate in civil registration through the Marriage Section of the Birthd-Death-Marriage Division of the office.
