GENERAL SANTOS CITY (OCTOBER 28, 2021) – Fourteen (14) couples participated in the Kasalan ng RCR today at Purok 20 in Brgy. Tinagacan, this city. The exchange of bows was officially solemnized by the city mayor Hon. Ronnel C. Rivera with Ms. Jane Rivera, his other half, giving an inspiring message to the newly-wed couples. These continued events are part of the Local Civil Registrar’s Office’s mandate in providing basic civil registration to all of the city’s residents.
