Tambler, General Santos City. Eight couples join hands in a marriage vow solemnized by City Mayor Hon. Ronnel C. Rivera. This wedding activity is a special program of the LCR Office of General Santos City in its pursuit of ‘Getting Every General in the Picture’ streamlined from UNESCAP of getting everyone in the picture.
