GENERAL SANTOS CITY (AUGUST 12, 2021) – The “Kasalan Ng RCR” was completed today August 12, 2021 at the RCR Foundation, Inc. along Acharon Blvd., Brgy. Dadiangas South, this city. The wedding ceremony was officiated by Hon. City Mayor Ronnel C. Rivera as the solemnizing officer and assisted by the Marriage Division staff from the Local Civil Registrar’s Office. It is the mandate of all LCRO’s to provide civil registration to its constituents including marriage licensing and registration. LCR-GSC is one in practising the service delivery quotation: “neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds”. On top of the regular assigned tasks of the staff, “kasalan” is part of the outreach program in bringing the program closer to the people of General Santos.
