GENERAL SANTOS CITY  (May 11, 2021) – A single couple exchanged their vows in a  fairytale-inspired wedding held at Yolach’s Venue and Catering, this city on May 11, 2021 with Hon. Ronnel C. Rivera as the authorized solemnizing officer who led the ceremony. The Office of the Local Civil Registrar Marriage Division assisted the local executive in preparing the legal documents related to marriage licensing and certificate.
