VILLOTE, GULLE BAG PERFECT ATTENDANCE AWARD

GENERAL SANTOS CITY (JUNE 8, 2020) – Ms. Dancelyn Villote, and Mr. Elizalde Gulle, Jr. both holds the position of Admin Aide IV from the office of the Local Civil Registrar, this city,  topped other local government unit employees with a “Perfect Attendance Award” voted by the members of the PRAISE Committee. The awards were given to them at the LCR office on June 8, 2020 after the Monday morning flag ceremonies held inside the said office.

The two employees qualified for the award having a perfect attendance, without tardy, without undertime and with no leave without pay for the 2019 period and against the COVID-19 pandemic crisis.

Mr. Jose Amagan Jr. of HRMDO read the Certificate of Appreciation while other members witness the ceremony, including Ms. Leah Tolimao, HRMDO Department Head, Ms. Carmencita Bautista, CPDO Asst. Department Head,  Ms. Melinda Betaizar, CBO Asst. Department Head  and Ms. Marlene Pelayo, HRMDO Division Chief.

PRAISE stands for the “Program of Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence”, created under Executive Order No. 004, series of 2011.
