GENERAL SANTOS CITY (May 18, 2020) – LCR to temporarily adopt electronic logbooking while on work from home (WFH) status and while the OTOMS, an online attendance system developed by HRMDO is deactivated.
Effective on May 19, 2020, with the approval of its PMT and the Department Head Ms. Nenita F. Ellivera, MPA in a meeting today at Room 6, all employees on WFH can time in or out online. This is temporary in nature and may change overnight depending on the updates related to the coronavirus pandemic scare.
General guidelines in the conduct of IN/OUT are standard practiced before the new normal took place. It include the following:
1. Time-In after 7:00 AM and before 8:00 AM.
2. Time-out after 12:00 PM and before 12:30 PM
3. Time in after 12:30 PM and before 1:00 PM
4. Time-out after 5:00 PM and before 6:00 PM
NOTE: There must be a 30-minute interval between TIME-OUT and TIME-IN at noon.
