GENSAN ON MODIFIED GCQ

GENERAL SANTOS CITY (May 13, 2020)  – Under the IATF Resolution No. 35 Series of 2020 issued on May 11, 2020, Gensan was classified under low-risk area.

Today, provinces, HUCs and ICCs who were low-risks are now updated to a Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) status based on the requests made by several local chief executives. Guidelines will be issued by the IATF later for the amendment of Res. No. 35 S.2020.

Meanwhile, the office of the Local Civil Registrar of General Santos City and the rest of the departments continue provide services to the Generals in either MGCQ or GCQ on a skeletal work or work from home schemes.
