GENERAL SANTOS CITY (April 30, 2020) – The Office of the Local Civil Registrar this city joins the power of technology in using Zoom (an online video conferencing platform using desktops or mobile devices) to invite guests in events. Ms. Nenita F. Ellivera, CGDH-II, spearheaded the event by inviting HRMDO Department Head, Ms. Leah Y. Tolimao, as resource speaker and to attend an advance Labor Day celebration virtually today.
