GENERAL SANTOS CITY (April 6, 2020) – The LCR-GSC two groups of skeletal work forces have a third component, the “Work From Home” group. It is called by the media people as the new normal as assigned tasks are performed at the comfort of the employees home. Employees who are allowed to avail of the WFH are those with co-morbidity cases like cardiovascular disease including hypertension, respiratory illnesses including astha, history of pneumonia and all its forms, those who are immunocompromised patients and those with terminal cases.
Employees secure their one week assignments as doables from the LCR office. Then reports their accomplishment every Monday and the same cycle works the following week. Group A and B on top of their schedule also practice WFH.
